Fee and Cancellation Policy

I understand all fees must be paid at the time of service. I understand the cancellation policy and that there is no refund policy for this course. I understand the charge will be made with my consent. I understand I have purchased this course in full awareness of the terms of use.

I understand I will have access to this course for a period of 6 months after payment and after this, my access is terminated. I understand this course is for my own personal use only and I will not share my login with anyone.

Limits of Role

I understand that Dr. Jennifer Doan accepts no liability whatsoever for any decisions that I may make for my health based on taking this course.

I understand the information in this course is for educational purposes only and constitutes a response to my private request for information only and does not constitute a solicitation for services and makes no claim or promise that any product or service that may cure any condition or ailment. I understand this course does not replace conventional medical care.

I understand this is an introductory course and gives a intellectual and practical workings on the subject matter. I understand this is not a certificate or formal training and does not qualify me for anything. I understand it is necessary I have access to a professional homeopath, Naturopathic physician, or conventional medical doctor for any questions or difficulties beyond my capacity.

I certify that I am here as a client and friend of homeopathy seeking information only and certify I am not taking this course for any other reason or misrepresenting myself in any way without making my intention known.

Confidentiality

I understand that Information about me will be kept private, confidential and will not be shared with anyone in any way without informed and written consent.

I assure the same with regards to methods and any training materials shared with me during this course. Any exercises or worksheets are for my own personal use only. I will not record any course materials without the explicit awareness and permission of both parties and I ensure information will not be shared or distributed with others in any way.

Legal Action

If for any reason I decide to take legal action against Dr. Jennifer Doan, it is required that any and all action must take place in the province of British Columbia under Canadian laws.
